Run a hot bath, slightly hotter than you usually would run a bath (adding the clay will reduce the temperature of the bath). Do not run it so hot that you will hurt your skin. Add the entire contents of the Detox Bath to the water and mix in with your hand. Soak in the tub for 20 minutes allowing the minerals to remove impurities from your skin. When done in the bath, dry off with a dry towel and moisturize with our Perfect Body Moisturizer. Once you drain the tub, there may be some residual minerals, just simply rinse them down the drain.
